About me and my therapy practice
As a Counselling Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher I understand life can be unpredictable, challenging and frustrating. If you have come this far you are probably looking for support and relief to enable you to function more fully in the world. Therapy can help create space and perspective, a chance to breath and take in experiences and to release others, and ultimately a sense of balance.
I work in an integrative way putting relationship at the centre of therapy. My approach involves Gestalt, mindfulness, psychodynamics, person-centred and other theories of well-being and psychotherapy. More information available at www.b3therapy.co.uk.
Practice description
You will be offered a non-judgemental space that is entirely yours in which your experience is valued and respected.
Please note, I currently only provide online therapy. If you would like to discuss moving forward in your journey, feel free to get in touch. In most cases a 10- 15 minute free initial phone call is possible.
