Availability

I believe therapy is most effective when carried out weekly to build consistency, and I suggest meeting on the same day and time where possible. However, I also offer flexible therapy for hospitality and service industry professionals. With a personal connection to the industry, I understand the unique challenges - such as burnout, addiction and mental health struggles - faced by those within the industry. My sessions adapt to your changing schedules, ensuring consistent support.

Practice description

Hello, my name is Rebecca. Thank-you for considering me to be your therapist. I work with both individuals and couples. I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ), and an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Couples therapist. I have a Masters in Existential Counselling and Psychotherapy from The New School of Psychotherapy and Middlesex University. I also have a keen interest in existential literature and film, and a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from the Chelsea College of Art (UAL).

Everyone will at some point face issues or problems in their lives. You may be able to identify what these are, or perhaps you might simply have a sense of not feeling good, or of something not feeling quite right.

I provide a non-judgemental, caring and supportive environment in which I will listen to the details of your lived experience. Together, we will begin to understand more about what it means to be you through our conversations. My aim is to help you make sense of what is happening so that you are better equipped to live a meaningful life.
