About me and my therapy practice
I am a trained counsellor who works closely with childhood abuse, trauma, loss and mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, and low self esteem. I would like to work with you to provide a safe, trusting, confidential space that gives you an opportunity to talk about what it is that is causing concern. I hope that by working together you will start to feel heard, understood and safe.
In you own time and at a pace that suits you we can also begin to look at ways that can help you manage on a day to day basis but also exploring ways to support you that will help you move forward in the future.
Practice description
I understand from personal experience how daunting it can be to reach out and seek counselling. I also know that it can be confusing when trying to find the right counsellor. That is why I offer a free initial telephone call to help us both decide if we could work together and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
My first session
If you do decide that I am the right counsellor to fit you needs then I can provide face to face, on-line, and walk and talk therapy.
Our first counselling session will be an opportunity to get to know each other a little bit more, gather relevant information and discuss your issues, expectations and goals whilst in therapy.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Many thanks
Rhonda.

About me and my therapy practice
We all experience upsetting, distressing and worrying times in our lives. These feelings can come from our past present or upcoming future events. This can leave you feeling overwhelmed, vulnerable or a sense of numbness. It could be affecting your daily life, work, relationships and how we think about ourselves. Naturally it can be a difficult, lonely and confusing time to work through these issues on your own. Many people come to counselling not knowing what to expect or where to start but I am here to help you feel comfortable and safe with my friendly, down to earth, professional approach. I offer face to face on-line, or walk and talk therapy at present.
