About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited Integrative counsellor with 9+ years experience in working with adults across the life span. Being integrative allows me to draw from various counselling approaches depending on specific needs and things you may be finding difficult. My aim is to collaborate with you in finding solutions to any issues that are preventing you from living your life in the way you would like and to help you work towards your personal goals.
Practice description
I offer a confidential non-judgemental counselling space for you to explore any issues/problems that may be causing you stress or anxiety and help you find new ways to live your life more effectively. I have vast experience of guiding clients with difficulties including anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, bereavement/ loss, self-harm, life changes and many more.
I provide long term and short term, solution-focused therapy.
My first session
I offer a free no-obligation 15 minute call to explore if I am the right fit for you. Following this, we can discuss availability for booking an initial session and ongoing sessions (50 minutes). Presently, I am working remotely offering telephone and online sessions.

About me and my therapy practice
I have been practicing as an Integrative Counsellor for 9+ years. I have experience with various client groups that I draw upon in my supervision practice. I have completed the Foundation Degree in Counselling, CPCAB Level 5 in CBT and CPCAB Level 6 in Therapeutic Supervision. The training I have completed alongside my counselling practice provides a framework that compliments my supervision work.
Practice description
I have significant experience working with clients with numerous difficulties including anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, relationship difficulties and life changes among other things. I have experience in working in both a private capacity and organisational settings such as Bupa, New Life Counselling, SHIP (Self Harm Intervention Programme), Mindwise Talking Therapy and Inspire (EAP Counselling).
My first session
A 15-minute introductory consultation is free of charge so that we can get a sense of working collaboratively and see if we are the right fit. Sessions thereafter are £55.00 per 1.5 hours.
