APPROACHES
Schema Therapy:

You may find Schema therapy helpful if any of the following apply to you:
•You experience low levels of self-esteem, and struggle with self-worth
• You have relationship difficulties
• You struggle with friendships
• You worry a lot
• You feel constantly low
