About me and my therapy practice
Living with high levels of anxiety, shame, or fear for a prolonged period, can negatively affect the way we perceive ourselves and others. It can make you feel misunderstood, lonely, and disconnected from society. Dealing with these symptoms can feel overwhelming. However, having a safe place where you can talk freely can be the first step towards understanding and processing painful emotions.
Whether you wish to explore the past, want to understand current issues, or feel you are ready to make a positive change in your life, we can work together to achieve your goals. I will provide you with a safe space that is free of judgement, where you can talk and learn more about your thoughts and feelings. Through insight, exploration, and adaptation I can help you to reach greater level of connectedness with yourself and others, feeling hope for the present and future and developing skills to regain better emotional control that will help you to achieve better quality of life.

Practice description
Coaching is a collaborative process in which the coach poses insightful questions to enhance your self-awareness. They encourage you to view yourself as capable and resourceful, helping you recognize that you already hold the answers within. In taking charge of your personal growth, you have the freedom to set the theme for each session. These meetings focus on creating tailored actions, routines, and systems that guide you toward a more rewarding life. Unlike a teacher, advisor, or motivator, a coach's role is unique.
In ADHD coaching, on rare occasions, a coach might provide insights or resources if there’s a gap in your understanding of ADHD. Similarly, if you find yourself particularly challenged by a specific issue, the coach may occasionally offer personal insights or proven strategies for managing ADHD. However, the coach will always leave the decision-making to you, allowing you to choose how, or if, you want to act on that information.
The coaching approach emphasizes that while having someone to support your growth is valuable, meaningful change must come from within and be fully embraced by you.
