Practice description
I work from my private practice in Chalfont St Giles, South Bucks, offering flexible day time and evening appointments.
I have experience working with adults and young people (12yrs+), and couples. I have a particular interest in family relationships (past and present), addictions and anxiety. We will work together, at your pace, and I will ensure your wellbeing at all times.
I offer a free telephone call so we can talk prior to committing to an appointment. Individual appointments usually last 1 hour and are charged at £55. Couple appointments usually last 1.5 hours and are charged at £80.
I offer a limited number of reduced fee appointments, and welcome you to ask about this.
My first session
During your first session we will go through our working agreement, including GDPR statement and I will happily discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
Following this, we can commence the session in whatever way you feel comfortable. For some this is giving a general overview of their current situation, for others is to describe the here and now. I will support you with and how to start if you need.
