The first session is an introductory one to ensure you feel comfortable to work with me. Healing and change come about through the therapeutic relationship that develops over the sessions.
The first session gives opportunity to explore and understand what therapy is; and what it isn't. How a clear, warm, safe way of working can be discussed and what you can expect from me.
