I have a BA (Hons) Degree in Integrative-Relational Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Middlesex University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy from LDPRT. I completed additional training in different areas, including treating complex trauma, Internal Family Systems therapy, mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory.
I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, regardless of their cultural, social, or ethnic background. I welcome individuals and couples of all cultures, sexualities, and genders, and I am committed to creating a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment where all clients feel welcomed and supported.
Since 2017, I have been working with ethnically and socially diverse clients in private practice, the NHS, and the charity sector. I offer support to individuals who live in a culture different from their family's native one, as well as to multi-ethnic couples, helping them navigate their differences surrounding culture, relationships, and sexuality. Personally, I relocated from my home country to London, which provided me with first-hand insights into the challenges and stress that come with adapting to a new culture.

I offer short and long-term therapy online and in person.
Sessions last 50 minutes. Fees for a counselling session - £85, for psychosexual therapy with individuals - £95, for couples therapy - £120.
