About me and my therapy practice

In my counselling practice, I believe in the transformative potential within each individual. I offer a safe haven for exploration and creative self-discovery. Whether you're navigating through challenges or seeking personal growth, I will accompany you on your journey.

I embrace all aspects of your experience – whether it's distress, confusion, or pain, as well as joy, love, and self-acceptance. Together, we'll cultivate a space free of judgment, where you can freely explore new perspectives and ways of expression. Through this partnership, you can uncover fresh insights and a deeper understanding of what it means to be human.

I can support you in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship, trauma, bereavement, grief OCD, ADHD, anger, grief, phobias and eating disorder. Find me on Instagram: instagram.com/viggcounselling
