About me and my therapy practice
Hello, Thank you for having a look at my profile. I am a counsellor who practices in a person centered way which means I focus my work on your individual needs. Working with you I hope to offer you support to develop a better understanding of yourself, find solutions to your problems, gain confidence and feel better about yourself. I work in a gentle non directive way allowing you to explore things in your own time and when you feel ready. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, self esteem, family and relationship issues, bereavement and many other mental health issues.
Practice description
