Domestic Abuse Counselling and Coaching.
Are you looking for professional support to reconnect with yourself after an abusive relationship. Domestic abuse often leaves us feeling confused and betrayed. Psychotherapy and coaching, together, can foster a sense of self awareness and empowerment. Through techniques such as guided mindfulness and somatic practices you can regain a sense of agency and motivation.
I have worked for many years supporting women who have experienced domestic abuse, are living free from that abuse and yet, still feeling the effects of past controlling and coercive behaviours.
If this resonates with you book a free consultation call to find out more about this specialised area of counselling.
