I have been working as a qualified practitioner since 2010. I have experience working in different countries with different cultures and backgrounds in various settings.
I believe you are the expert in you and my goal is to walk with you during difficult seasons and equip you with tools that will hopefully be an asset in the future as well.

I work in private practice and I have created a comfortable and inviting space that I hope will allow you to come safely and authentically explore the issues you may be struggling with. I offer a private and discreet space where your privacy, safety, and confidentiality is priority.

The first session is always free. This is an opportunity for me to provide information about me and my work. Additionally, during this session I am able to gather information about you, your reason for seeking therapy, and your expectations and needs. At the end of this session if mutually we agree this to be a good fit, we will talk about what you can expect next.
