Hello and welcome.  My name is Helen Page and I provide online counselling to adults.  I'm experienced in supporting people facing a range of difficulties including: anxiety and depression, relationship issues, work issues, stress, work-life balance, life choices, self-esteem and bereavement.

I am a fully qualified therapist holding a Masters degree in Counselling (High Distinction).  I'm an Accredited member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ.  I also hold an MSc in Social Work and a first degree in Law.  I have undergone further, specific training in providing online counselling.  My work history includes counselling in private practice and for charities in the UK and overseas and working in social services. 

I offer counselling sessions at the following rates:

Introductory session £20 

Subsequent sessions £40

Online sessions take place on Zoom.

I am committed to offering you a safe, respectful, empathetic and supportive service.  I will work with you to help you through whatever issue has brought you to therapy.  I use an Integrative approach, drawing upon a number of counselling techniques to best suit your needs.

The benefits of counselling include giving you time and space to work through your problems, opening up new perspectives, improving well-being, helping you to think more clearly and understand yourself better. 

Online Counselling

Online counselling provides the opportunity for you to speak from a private space of your choice without locality restrictions or needing to travel.  

I work online with clients across the UK and overseas, including clients seeking a British counsellor whilst living, travelling or working abroad. I have undergone specific training in delivering online therapy.

The initial session is offered at the reduced rate of £20.  

This first session is an opportunity for you to speak about the issues that have brought you to see a counsellor.  If after this we feel happy to work together, we can arrange subsequent session.
