About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited Humanistic counsellor practising in Hove, Lewes and Brighton and believe everyone has the capacity to heal and move forward.
I aim to provide a safe and trusting environment for working through the problems and issues you maybe facing within a confidential, non-judgemental environment.
I understand how difficult starting counselling can be and will hope to answer any queries you have. For me therapy has been incredibly important, healing and rewarding. As a counsellor I hope to offer you what I have gained.
During counselling I focus on the individual as a whole. I encourage you to explore your feelings and understand your thoughts and actions with an emphasis on developing your self-awareness. Our counselling relationship is essentially one of mutual trust and respect
My role is not to diagnose, advise or tell you what to do. My role is to support and help you explore and understand what you're struggling with. We will work together to find out what it is you wish to change and how you can make those changes.
I specialise in (but not restricted to) anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, work issues, low self worth, relationship issues, depression, panic disorder, feeling sad, phobias, family issues, affairs and betrayals, separation and divorce.
