I provide a confidential and comfortable space, whether you have never been to therapy before or consider yourself an experienced client. I offer short or long term therapy, working closely with you to understand how you鈥檇 like to approach your sessions.
I am easily accessible by train as I am near Purley train station and there is parking readily available. Or I can offer Zoom sessions if preferable.
I am experienced in dealing with, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Sexuality, Depression, Self Harm and Anxiety. Taking the first step is hard I know, but together we can help you to find your path again.
About me and my therapy practice
I have a Masters degree in, 'Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy' and have been practicing for the last 6 years with a variety of presenting issues.
