About me and my therapy practice

I became a counsellor and psychotherapist because I care about people. I want to help you explore and discover a better way of living and coping; enabling positive and lasting change no matter the challenges, fears or difficulties you’re facing.

I offer warm, compassionate and professional therapy where the focus is on my clients, listening to their problems and concerns without judgement in a supportive environment.

"I want someone who will listen without judging"

Providing a confidential space in which we can talk is essential to building trust, and this means that I won't discuss the content of our work with your GP, family or workplace. Therapy works and whatever the issue, my aim is to help you find a way to bring about the constructive changes in your life you are seeking.

I have worked with clients on a broad range of issues including:

  • Anxiety & Depression
  • Suicidal Thoughts
  • Bereavement & Loss
  • Trauma & PTSD
  • Rape, Sexual Abuse
  • Domestic Violence
  • Relationship Problems
  • Boarding School Syndrome
  • Loss of Confidence & Purpose

I am an "Approved Therapist" registered with Anxiety UK, as well as a qualified bereavement support counsellor.

Successful outcomes are born out of achieving a strong relationship between client and therapist. I am passionate about the work I do, and really care about my clients.

Practice description
