About me and my therapy practice
Therapy works best when it's a collaborative process. You want to affect some change in your life and I want to work with you to enable you to discover that change. I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist and hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, which means that I use different counselling models and tailor them to meet your personal needs. As an Accredited Member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ this gives you the assurance that I will act ethically, professionally & with integrity. I am experienced in working with children, young people & adults in private practice, GP surgeries, prisons, supported living, rehabilitation units and schools & colleges. I have full & enhanced DBS (CRB) registration, professional indemnity insurance and regular clinical supervision. My practice is based in Kent with locations in Dartford & Maidstone. In addition to working privately I offer my counselling services voluntarily in the county, as I believe it’s imperative to give something back. I have a genuine passion for the work I do and am committed to being the best I can be for you. Whether you are engaging in therapy for the first time, or returning to explore a new issue, I will work with you and to your agenda. So if talking to a brick wall hasn’t provided any answers yet please contact me:

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified supervisor and an Accredited Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ Member working with trainee & qualified counsellors.
I believe in providing a supportive space in which you can explore and reflect upon your client work, take some time out for yourself and feel listened to without judgment.
I will work collaboratively with you to ensure the best outcomes for your clients, and provide an environment based upon mutual trust & transparency to assist your professional growth.
Practice description
In my private therapy practice I have experience working with a variety of presenting issues from adults (individuals & couples), children & young people.
My clinical theoretical approach is Integrative and this is reflected in how I work as a supervisor, with all my work being underpinned from a person centred perspective.
I have benefited from some amazing support from supervisors and it’s my endeavour to deliver the same in return.
My first session
I offer a free, 30 minute session for us to get to know each other and to assess if we are comfortable working together.
I offer face to face, online and telephone supervision.
Supervision sessions vary from 1 to 1.5 hours and their frequency will depend upon your level of experience and clinical case load, all of which we can discuss in our first meeting together.
