About me and my therapy practice
• Are you struggling with what is happening for you at the moment? • Are you confused about your feelings? Maybe not in a good place right now?
Currently, I work remotely only, offering video/online and telephone counselling for all sessions.
• Challenges and changes in our lives such as relationship breakdown, friends abandoning us, student life, family responsibilities, bereavement, or distress in the work context, can leave us feeling in a tough insecure place.
I am a qualified psychotherapist / counsellor who is registered and accredited with the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ. I am a trained telephone counsellor.
I have helped people with low self-esteem, performance and study anxiety, work concerns, relationship breakdowns, divorce, anxiety, depression, bereavement, grief, shame, and feeling that you are not in the place you want to be in life. Having lived abroad, I have experience in the grief of relocation and loss of a sense of belonging.
Many of us aim to cope with difficult experiences such as life changes at home, pressures at work, and emotions such as anger, depression, bereavement, isolation, and low self-esteem by ourselves. However, it is being accompanied by a trained therapist where your realities are taken seriously, that facilitates your personal power, building self-esteem, to support your confidence to find new ways of being you and engage with what life throws at you.
I am a registered therapist with the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ (MÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ - Accred) with a home-based private practice, close to Shrewsbury Hospital and the A5, offering private parking.
I have an MA in Counselling from the University of East Anglia (UEA), Master's in Philosophy from Birmingham University, and have held a number of senior management and Board positions.
Costs: £50 per hour
