About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am Juan and I am a psychotherapist offering sessions in London and online. Presumably, you are here reading this because there are things about yourself that you feel some impulse to name, share and process. You might know exactly what you want to focus on. Or, you might not yet know exactly what it is about yourself that needs attended to. You might be reading this feeling ready, keen or even excited to start therapy. And/or, you might be feeling nervous, unsure, scared. Whatever has you here and however you are in this moment, you are welcome to reach out and we can begin to understand things together.
Therapy is your process and what you want to focus on and explore is key. We can identify themes or let things emerge organically. Therapy offers time and space to reflect on thoughts in your mind; feelings and sensations experienced in your body and intuitions sensed in your heart. Things can help the process and there's no right or wrong; it's about you!
My approach is integrative and particularly informed by Jungian Psychology; which I can share more about. Therapy can be daunting so, it's courageous to step towards it. Ultimately, the process can be enriching and rewarding. I can't promise to give you answers but, I can promise to support you to discover the questions which might reveal your answers.
Practice description
Therapy is an ongoing process and for my fee I ask 拢75 per session. I hope you would feel the ongoing value of your investment in yourself. If you are interested to work with me but, the fee is a little out of reach do get in touch and we can discuss it. I'm open to hear your financial context.
