About me and my therapy practice
The way I work:
I am an integrative, fully accredited psychodynamic and person-centred therapist.
I also use CBT and DBT techniques in my approach.
Therapy works with the conscious and unconscious aspects of your psyche. Some people do not feel comfortable working with fantasies, dreams, or the past and prefer to concentrate on practical tools and ways of improving present status.
Please let me know if you wish to focus solely on the conscious part of your experience. Please let me know if you want to work in a structured way.
Your active participation in this structured approach is crucial and empowering. It ensures we start on the right path and that you are integral to the success of our work. This process is designed to make you feel understood and valued.
During our sessions, you will delve into your thoughts and experiences. Your commitment to this process is not just essential but integral. It's crucial to understand that therapy is a journey, and it may take time to change patterns developed over your lifetime. It's also normal for things to feel challenging before they start to improve.
Therapy works the most efficiently when attended every single week.
I do not offer sessions every two weeks or once a month unless we are in the ending phase of the therapy where you would not need regular sessions. 
Practice description
I offer online sessions. Online session (50 minutes) - £70.

As a practitioner who strictly adheres to the ethical framework of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, your safety is my top priority. In the rare event of a crisis or safeguarding issue, such as suicide risk or limited mental capacity, I am required to have your GP's details on hand.
Rest assured, this information will be stored securely in your profile notes, ensuring your privacy and safety at all times and giving you the confidence that your data is safe.

The initial sessions are dedicated to assessment, a process designed to gain a comprehensive understanding of you. We will discuss your past and present to gather important information.
