About me and my therapy practice
Hello,
Are you finding it difficult to know about or to express your needs? Are you looking to improve your relationships because you feel sad, unheard, angry or dissatisfied?
If you're going through a life changing event such as bereavement, separation or ill health this changes your world, and I'm here to support you on how to move forward.
People often come to me at a crossroads, this might be a time of crisis or life changing event but not always. You might simply want a different kind of relationship with yourself or others.
I support adults to navigate change and develop a greater capacity for meeting challenges caused through a loss of any kind.
People find clarity, insight and new meaning and arrive at a deeper trust with a stronger sense of self worth when life feels painful, unsettling and disorienting.
I help people breath a little easier, grow in confidence when they have felt unsure, steeped in sorrow, alone and anxious when experiencing life that feels quite unbearable.
The Way I work
Sometimes you might not know what you feel, we can use a series of techniques to support you in this, and to help you feel calmer if you are overwhelmed.
If you are unsure how to begin, or you don't know what to say this is ok! I will support you with a variety of tools and techniques.
I work in a way that is considered a holistic approach, where we look at where there is tension in the body, (somatic therapy) with talking therapy this is truly effective, as we discover over time, more capacity for tolerating hard things.
