If you feel stuck or are not sure about the next step (in life or in your relationship) therapy is a great place where to look at the difficult stuff with the support of an impartial and qualified professional.
My approach is warm, down to earth and 100% jargon free - I'll offer you a space where to talk freely and a fresh point of view.
Exploring what led you to where you are is part of what we will do, but our priority will remain moving towards where you want to be, one step at the time.
When appropriate, I'll suggest practical exercises to challenge and improve coping strategies or communication styles.

TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
I am a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ registered Integrative Therapist working with individuals, couples and groups.
During the past ten years, I have been part of a huge variety of support services for adults and adolescents in London. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction and relationship issues are some of the struggles I work with.
Practice description
All my services are based on two core beliefs:
1. No matter what your past experience has been, you always hold the power to decide what will come next;
2. Self awareness is key to empowerment (the more you make sense of yourself and your behaviours, the clearer you'll feel about what and how to change).
Sessions last 50 minutes and are held on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
There is not a "prescribed" time to work with me, you can interrupt our journey when you feel it's appropriate. However, I recommend committing to a minimum of five sessions to get a real sense of what therapy feels like.
My first session
Once you get in contact, we will set a time for a free consultation. It's a 20 min informal chat about the reasons that brought you to therapy. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any question about the way I work. You can then take some time to think or book a first session.
Your first session will last 50 min. We'll use the time to get to know each other and come up with a focus for our work together. I might need to find out a bit more about your history, so that I have a clear picture of where you are at and where you want to be.
