About me and my therapy practice
Hi. I’m Hayley, a Gestalt Therapist, Supervisor and Workplace Mediator. I don’t have a magic wand, but I do know judging by their testimonials that I have been of service to my clients. If I can help one person move forward with their life, I would have done my work. As a therapist I draw from a range of approaches as one size does not fit all as every person is unique. Most people I see are stuck. We all get stuck sometimes.
In some sessions you’ll feel stretched, but always supported and accepted as we develop a bond of trust in this joint-venture or what I like to think of as a joint ad-venture.
Practice description
Since Covid I have continued to work online via Zoom which seems to work for a lot of my clients who now work hybrid.
My first session
Before our first session, I offer a free brief consultation by telephone to see if we are a good fit.
Coming to therapy for the first time can be unnerving and so having a pre-therapy talk goes a long way in knowing what therapy entails and of course our first online session offers us a chance to meet each other.
During this session I invite you to share as much or as little of your past or present experiences as you wish.
What I can help with
Abuse, Addictions, Anxiety, Cultural issues, Depression, Service veterans, Sex-related issues, Stress
Types of therapy
Existential, Gestalt, Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Phenomenological
Clients I work with
Adults, Groups, Older adults, Organisations, Young people
How I deliver therapy
Long term sessions, Online therapy, Short term sessions, Telephone therapy
Therapist - Ealing
Features
- Flexible hours available
