WHAT WE DON鈥橳 KNOW HURTS.
The reality is that we are hurt everyday by what we don鈥檛 know , and in turn we hurt others .
Pain is psychological, and most often , though not always , pathological, whereas suffering is psycho spiritual, for it inevitably attempts to draw attention to a life unloved , to buried hurts and hidden vulnerabilities and to the presence of powerful protective forces against further emotional and social lessening of one鈥檚 presence .
The greatest gift you can give to another is an unconditional acceptance of his or her unique presence . This is the touchstone of all good therapy .
We are all fellow 鈥榡ourney people鈥� and not patients and clients which seek yet again to do something with us , to label us again in another form .
You are always the expert on your own life . My role is to accompany to becoming the person you were truly meant to be .
