About me and my therapy practice
I offer a free initial 30 minutes consultation, which can be done on the telephone or via zoom. Subsequent sessions will be 50 minutes at 拢60.
I am offering in person sessions on Mondays to Thursdays from 16.00 to 20.30. Outside of this I also offer sessions via zoom and telephone.

I conduct in person sessions on Mondays to Thursdays from 16.00 to 20.30. Outside of this I also offer sessions via zoom and telephone. The office I work from is based in Basingstoke, there is onsite parking available.
My first session
At our first session together, I give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding the assessment and contract, then I will invite you to talk through your reasons for seeking counselling. This will all take place at your pace.
