As a registered member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ, I will provide you with a safe space that allows you the client to come into your full sense of self. A space where you can be supported in healing, personal development and provided with tools to help you in your continued journey in life.
Stress plays a critical role in life and death situations, or as I like to call it, our survival instincts and so your body’s fight or flight response is essential to putting the odds of survival in your corner.
The problem is that whatever the brain perceives as a threat to its survival, these responses or habits will automatically kick in and can be unhelpful, especially when the danger is not imminent. These habits can become unhelpful and are not beneficial to our mental health. You may not be aware this is happening and by exploring what is going on for you, we can focus on what lies beneath your feelings of anxiety and/or depression and access your stress responses.
A great example is in times of vulnerability you may want to protect yourselves using behaviours like avoidance and isolation which are not helpful to you in the long term. By allowing yourself to be vulnerable I will show you how to invite compassion and self-care into your life. We will both work collaboratively with being open and genuine, accepting and empathetic. As you become more mindful of how you think, feel and behave, you will feel more at ease in your decisions.

I work in an integrative way, drawing from my experience as a Therapist and my knowledge around different models and styles of supervision, that form a firm but collaborative approach to the working relationship. I have a the two-way flow approach which forms a healthy foundation of where we both influence each other and therefore creating an environment where we both learn and develop together.
I am able to hold supervisees accountable through providing a supportive, assured space, which develops the knowledge skills and values of the individual, group or team.
This space provides an environment in which supervisee can: explore their own personal and emotional reactions to their work; reflect on and challenge their own practice in a safe and confidential environment as well as receive feedback on their skills and identify developmental needs.
This is an emotionally safe space that, in turn, promotes critical reflection and has a positive impact on supervisees’ emotional well-being. Clinical supervision provides a strategy to also mitigate workplace stress and enhance retention.
Practice description
My model of supervision is Integrative, which is in line with my work as Counsellor as I provide a firm yet flexible structure into which a range of different approaches can be incorporated.
I offer a free 15min consultation, where we will discuss briefly what your needs are and how I work.
I am based in Brixton opposite the tube station and offer both face to face and online.
My first session
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ
Duration is 1hr
First session you will be sent out a contract before hand, for you to read and sign prior to the session, within which confidentiality and boundaries are laid out.
We will discuss the contract, negotiate any adjustments, for example time and place and any questions that you may have can be explored.
