Therapist - HONOR OAK PARK

About me and my therapy practice
I offer weekly therapy in London Bridge (SE1) and Honor Oak Park (SE23) to individuals and couples over 18. I'm an integrative therapist, which means I trained in a wide range of diverse approaches. This gives me breadth and flexibility so that I can tailor sessions to each individual client.
I have experience working with diverse presentations, including clients suffering from depression, trauma, loneliness and anxiety, and those with eating disorders.
I trained at The Minster Centre in London, which is the leading integrative psychotherapy and counselling training institute in Europe. I have a Master's Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy.
I decided to train as a counsellor following my time as a volunteer at the Central London Samaritans, where I worked between 2007-2008. In addition to my private practice, I've worked as a counsellor in low-cost counselling services in Queen's Park and Waterloo. Prior to my therapy training, I was a journalist in London. I also hold a BA in Religious Studies, and an MA in English Literature.
You can find lots more information about me and the way that I work with both individuals and couples on my website (www.janenashtherapy.com). I look forward to hearing from you.
