About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully trained integrative counsellor and a registered Member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ (MÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ). I work with individual adults of all ages in weekly sessions on a long-term, open-ended or short-term basis.
I offer a non-judgemental space in which you and I can explore what may be blocking you from feeling more comfortable in yourself, your life and your relationships.
As an integrative counsellor I bring to my work an interest in attachment, child development and relational body psychotherapy. This means that I pay particular attention to early childhood experiences and relationship patterns, as well as our here-and-now experience, especially that which is most difficult to articulate. Most importantly, I listen and attend to what you bring to each session.
I have experience of working with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, bereavement, feeling stuck, infertility, adoption, parenting and menopause.
I have worked in a play therapy setting with children at a South London primary school, and with adults at therapy services in Wandsworth and Queens Park.
