I offer a compassionate and confidential space where those who need support can feel safe to explore difficulties in their lives and their relationships in an environment that is non-judgmental and accepting.
I have extensive experience of in person face-to-face and online clinical practice, as well as experience within CAMHS (a mental health team for young people within the NHS). I also have experience of working within UK social care and in offering therapy in private practice to a wide variety of clients.
At this time I offer therapy exclusively online using a secure platform. Whether we use video or just voice is up to you although in my experience video can be helpful in getting to know one another better.
Practice description
I offer various forms of therapy such as DBT (dialectical behavioural therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), Person-Centred Therapy, Existential, Integrative Therapy and Humanistic Therapy as well as Sex Therapy. I also offer parenting programmes and coaching if required.I have worked with a wide variety of people, supporting them through challenging times and helping them to express and understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviour better which can be a transformative experience. I am able to adapt my knowledge of different theoretical approaches to meet my clients’ presenting issues. I'm not able to offer in person face to face sessions at this time but I do offer online therapy.

• 15 minute free initial online voice/video consultation
• After our consultation, I will arrange for a first session online either with or without video according to your preference, which will be an opportunity for you to bring up any difficulties or issues you want help with. I will ask some questions to get to know you better, while you can form an idea of how I could help you and what the therapy will be like. We might agree to work together for a brief number of sessions or for a longer period of time per your decision, and these sessions are held for 50 minutes at a regular time every week.

I offer a free initial consultation via video chat lasting 15 minutes. This is so you can meet me and find out if you feel comfortable talking to me and so that you can tell me a little more about what has led you to consider therapy. You will also be able to ask me any questions you might have. After that you might decide to book a full 50 minute session with me. No formal assessment forms are used.
