About me and my therapy practice
I am a relational supervisor - please see my website for further details about me and the way that I work in supervision.
My first session
The first supervision session is where we establish how you would like to work in supervision, what you would like from the sessions and we agree how you would like to present your client work.
The aim of supervision is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable to present all aspects of the therapeutic relationship you have between you and your client.
As a supervisor I aim to offer relational contact with my supervisees in a safe, supportive and holding relationship whilst also offering an effective learning environment. Self reflection is encouraged.
