About me and my therapy practice
My aim is to help clients navigate through difficult and complex terrain towards a lasting sense of understanding and personal resilience. I practice from a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic and Jungian perspective.
Within confidential sessions, I offer highly experienced, meaningful support for you to find a way through your problems and tend to what matters most in your life: your relationships, mind, emotions and what you dream of or hope to build upon too.
I am a professionally registered member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ). My professional qualification is BPC accredited and the duration of training is minimum 4 years.
I work with adults, undertaking long term/unlimited psychodynamic therapy and, where suitable, shorter term counselling, within my private practices in the Mendips/central Somerset.
I welcome people from all backgrounds and circumstances and offer support tailored to your individuality.
