About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor trained in lots of different theories but the relationship between the counsellor and client is I feel the most important aspect. With this in mind I provide a warm, emphatic, confidential and safe space for us to work together on your goals.
I specialise in anxiety but this is just one of many presenting issues that I work with.
I have appointments in both Evesham and Cheltenham.

My supervision work is focused on a relational approach and as such my approach with each supervisee changes and adapts depending upon their needs.
We will together build a safe and supportive space to explore both your work and needs and the needs of your clients.
