About me and my therapy practice
I am an Exeter based Counsellor and Psychotherapist with 18 years of working therapeutically with people .
I provide a calm, safe space in a confidential setting, just off the high street.
I will welcome you with a warm and down to earth approach. I am also trained in Supervision, EMDR, IFS and Hypnotherapy.
Practice description
My role is to facilitate our work together in ways that respect your values and beliefs. I believe that we have all the resources that we need inside of us, my aim is to help you locate them.
My approach is integrative, meaning that I am trained and experienced in using several different approaches and models of Therapy. This enables me to personalise and tailor our sessions to working in a way that feels right and comfortable for you.
The quality of the relationship between Therapist and Client is of paramount importance to me. I work to create an atmosphere of warmth, trust and acceptance.. By walking alongside you, I can help you to unpick difficulties and learn to trust your own judgement in making decisions.
I am also a trauma informed Therapist.

I charge 拢50 hourly or 拢75 for 1.5 hrs.
I offer concessions for Counselling students and voluntary workers of 拢40 per hour.
Practice description
I have been practising as a Clinical Supervisor for 12 years. I have a PG Certificate In Counselling Supervision accredited by CPCAB
I am on the approved list with most Devon Counselling Colleges
