About me and my therapy practice
We all have times when we feel like we've lost our way. You may be experiencing life changing events, like a family break-up, losing a job or the death of someone important to you. Sometimes, you just can't figure out why you are feeling the way you do. Talking therapy might be the lifeline you need. Being given the time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe non-judgemental environment can be your first step towards leading a more satisfying, balanced life. As a counsellor, I can help you look at issues that are troubling you and make sense of confusing and painful feelings. I look forward to hearing from you!Practice description
I offer face to face therapy; online/telephone therapy; and outdoor "walk and talk" therapy.
It is important that you find the right therapist for you and I would like to help you do that. Once you contact me, I will arrange a 15-20 minute complimentary phone call with you, to enable you to ask any question you may have about counselling and the way I work. This will also give you an opportunity to get an idea of what it might be like to work with me. If you feel like we are not the right fit, you are under no obligation to book an appointment.
