About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist and have been practising for about 20 years. I work by utilising the principles of person centred therapy, CBT and attachment (early experience). I am a Relate trained counsellor and hold professional Associate membership with the College of Sex and Relationship Therapy. I work with couples, individuals, and young people aged 16+.

Practice description
Sessions can be either face to face in Burbage, Hinckley or via zoom/skype/face time/ whatsApp or a combination of f2f and online.
My first session
I like to speak to you on the phone first to have a brief chat about what you would like to bring to counselling and answer any questions you have about the process. We can discuss what the options are for sessions - f2f or video or both and then we can organise your first appointment.
