About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited counsellor offering short- and longer-term counselling for individuals. I also offer small group and individual experiences within the broad themes and therapeutic depths of mindfulness and creative writing.
I work on Mondays and Fridays from The Centre for Whole Health, 12 Victoria Place, Bedminster, Bristol, BS3 3BP.
For also work Tuesdays-Thursdays as a therapeutic counsellor for students at Bristol University (and as such cannot offer counselling to students of that institution)
The way I work:
I offer counselling designed to best suit you. It maybe you sense you need a one-off encounter, a short series of sessions to address a particular issue or goal or a longer explorative counselling experience. The choice is yours to make.
I offer a counselling relationship that encourages interactive discussion, wisdom sharing and experiencing that is centred around you.
My personal contemplative, creative writing and meditative practices and my desire to live authentically and lightly upon this earth enhances my ability to be open, genuine and present within life and within any counselling relationship.
Costs
I charge £40-£60 per 50 minute session
What refreshes me?
I love to meditate and also to write poetry and journal. I sing in a beautiful choir and enjoy watching football, being alone and being with family and with friends and being in a city of friends yet met.
Practice description
The practice centre rooms are all on the ground floor. On the second floor is a fairly traded honesty cafe and meditation hall and the third floor houses The Lam Rim Buddhist offering.
