Practice description
I practice in London Bridge and Norwich.
I am an experienced psychotherapist working with adults, working with many issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, sexual difficulties, bereavement and difficult childhood experiences.
Sometimes you may not be exactly sure of why you are troubled, but feel dissatisfied or stuck in your life.
I am a psychodynamic therapist which means that I will explore with you how experiences and early relationships may impact on how you live in the present.Therapy is a process of exploring yourself in a collaborative way to reach a deeper understanding of yourself. It is a process over time and can help to bring about lasting changes in your life and enable you to live more fully, with more acceptance and more freedom.
My first session
I will arrange with you an initial session where we can meet, and we can explore what brings you to therapy. It is an opportunity to see what therapy is like, and the way I work. At the end of the session, we will talk through whether you would like to continue with further sessions.
This initial session is 50 minutes long, the same as onging sessions.
The fee is £60.
