I have over 15 years experience working therapeutically and use a integrative approach to these modalities; solution focussed, narrative, person centred, CBT, NLP, kinetic shift, motivational interviewing, bereavement, hypnotherapy and all my work is trauma informed.

I work with young people over 12 and adults.

I work with young people and adults face to face and online in the UK and overseas

I use different therapeutic strategies and tools with my client holistically - giving them strategies to support them through difficulties on their pathway out of distress

I advocate clients to manage stress, build confidence/self-esteem & problem solve

I am passionate about wellbeing and achieving a 鈥渃an do鈥� mindset.  Helping clients learn coping mechanisms, ways to be happy & positive.  Supporting healthy relationships
