About me and my therapy practice

I understand that looking for help can feel daunting.  Our initial session will be an opportunity for you to see if you feel comfortable talking with me.  My aim is to offer you a warm, sensitive and accepting space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace.  While therapy can feel challenging at times, it can also be a place where you can feel heard, and ultimately, enable a profound sense of healing.

Practice description

I usually see my individual clients on a weekly basis at a regular time.  Sessions last 50 minutes, and I work online and in-person.  I charge £55, in advance, for an initial session, and have a sliding scale for further sessions.  

My first session

 I will make notes during our initial appointment.  I will have questions for you about your family, relationships, health and what you are hoping for from this process.  If you aren't sure what you are hoping for, we will work this out together as we go.  You will probably have questions for me, you might find it helpful to make a note of them before we meet.
