About me and my therapy practice

am an experienced and established counsellor working with clients in the North London area, 8 minutes walk from Totteridge & Whetstone tube and 3 minutes from Oakleigh Park station. I work with issues relating to feelings of sadness and depression, anxiety, bereavement, anger, conflict at home or work and family/parenting dynamics. I also work with issues relating to domestic violence and childhood sexual abuse, OCD and ADHD.

You may be experiencing difficulties in your close relationships for any number of reasons. Many people find that the way they have been dealing with things in the past simply is not helping right now, and are searching for help.

I offer a safe space where thoughts and feelings can be explored and where trust can be built so that we can together gain some understanding of what is going on and work towards healing.

Some clients come on a short term basis and others for longer, and in that time find ways to untangle some painful emotions and gain the insight and knowledge to lead a more fulfilling life.

I also work with student counsellors and psychotherapists.

What I offer....

I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor and registered member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ and the BPC and adhere to their code of ethics

My approach is broadly psychodynamic and trauma informed but I tailor the sessions according to the needs of individuals.

I offer weekly sessions that are either face-to-face or online.

I see adults, older adults, trainees and young adults (17+)
