About me and my therapy practice
Developing a deeper understanding of your own emotions, behaviour or thoughts is the key to making positive life changes and through a trusting relationship with the right counsellor or psychotherapist you can achieve that understanding.
I am a qualified, experienced psychotherapist and offer a warm, understanding, confidential and non-judgemental environment within which you can explore uncomfortable or painful aspects of your life to help you to develop that understanding and achieve those positive changes.
Finding the right therapist is like shopping for the right pair of shoes: you may have to try a few before you find the perfect fit. For this reason I do offer a free initial consultation so that you can get a feel for how I work and decide whether I am somebody you could work with.
I work hard to maintain the highest professional standards and attend regular monthly supervision. I am also a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ).
