Availability

I will have availability from 15th October and my working hours are Tuesday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm and Saturday mornings.

About me and my therapy practice

I have worked as an integrative therapist for the NHS for the past 18 years with a preference for CBT.  I found I was getting a lot of clients with ADHD, and also have a family member diagnosed with ADHD and ASD, so decided to update my training and have recently qualified as a Certified ADHD therapist and a Certified CBT therapist.

I hold my face-to-face sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays, and I offer telephone or video calls on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.  I don't have any restrictions on the number of sessions.


Practice description

ADHD therapy includes giving you an understanding of why you feel and behave in the way you do and tools to help you reduce your symptoms.

My CBT therapy covers general anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, phobias and panic attacks. 

My first session

We will have an initial free discussion over the phone so you can tell me what help you would like and I can answer any questions you might have. We will then make an appointment for our first session if you would like to continue.

In our first session you will be able to tell me more about what is going on for you and I will try to help you understand how and why you are experiencing the symptoms you are, what therapy involves and how it can help you.

If you would like to continue, I will give you a therapy agreement to sign but you are free to stop sessions at any time if you feel we aren't the right fit.
