About me and my therapy practice
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ
My personal experiences and the work I’ve done with past and present clients enables me to bring a distinctive awareness to my work, both in my counselling and my training. I combine an insightful and intuitive approach with a close attention to detail. This allows me to tailor each approach to best resonate with each individual client.
I have developed an empathetic understanding of my client’s needs, to help them to develop the confidence needed for the day-to-day challenges in their lives. To promote physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing wherever and however that might manifest in their lives.
As a senior accredited integrative therapist my speciality from my work helps all clients to be empowered, valued, and gain clarity from the challenges we face on a daily basis.
Often, people with autism have had experiences where they are not heard, valued, and feel rejected and dismissed from society. Through a lack of awareness and misunderstanding of the genuine challenges faced on a daily basis. As an experienced professional, who worked for over 11 years as a counsellor at the NAS Ladbroke Grove Centre, I helped my clients have more motivation, perseverance and tenacity. From the specific autistic counselling sessions to recognise what they need as individual, human beings so that they may work towards their highest potential.
- Sessions can be arranged to suit clients' individual needs.
- Sessions fees can be negotiated.
