About me and my therapy practice
I provide a calm, safe and empathic space. I tend to focus on more immediate problems, be more practically based and shorter term than psychoanalytic therapy. I seek to increase a person鈥檚 self awareness, self esteem, boost confidence and help to understand past influences. I work with children, adolescents, adults, parent and couples. My work with children is facilitated by my training as a play-therapist. I am non directive and follow cues from your child. I also support children with special needs. I use a wholesome and organic approach tailored to the needs of my client. I am known to make referrals to other specialist such as nutritionists, cranio sacral osteopaths, alternative therapists, Ed Psychs and other such like.What I can help with
