About me and my therapy practice
I am passionate about supporting people’s mental health, growth and personal development; seeking to empower people to achieve their goals and to make positive choices and changes in their life.
Maybe you feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected at this moment in your life or, perhaps, you are struggling with feelings of anxiety, anger or depression. Maybe you’re experiencing difficulties in your relationships, struggling with loss, a period of transition or turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms. I can support you to understand yourself and your situation better. Together we can explore stuck patterns, your emotional responses, behaviour and relationship patterns to look at what may be holding you back from living the life you want.
I can help you to work out what is important to you, make sense of the challenges you face, as well as your strengths, and to begin to make the changes you want to.
Practice description
I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor. I aim to work collaboratively with my clients, drawing on different ideas and approaches to tailor the support I offer to you and your individual needs. I work mainly in a person-centred, relational way and aim to offer a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space for you to explore your concerns, feelings and thoughts at a pace that is led by you. I also use Gestalt therapy, Psychodynamic and attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy in my work.
I have 20 years experience of working one-to-one with young people and adults across a variety of education and social care settings. I have worked in a school counselling service, as well as counselling adult clients in the NHS.
I have extensive experience of supporting people with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, anger, life transitions, bereavement, OCD, substance use, menopause, stress and family issues.
In private practice, I work with adult clients over the age of 18 and offer both long-term as well as short-term, goal orientated work.
To ensure that I am the right counsellor for you I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a Bristol based therapist and trainee supervisor, offering both online and face to face supervision.
I have been working in private practice as a therapist since 2015 and also have experience of working in schools and the NHS. I am an integrative practitioner and, whilst the core of my practice is person-centred, I draw on different approaches in my work depending on the needs of the individual. I have recently undertaken an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision (including online supervision).
Supervision is a vital part of the work we do as therapists and it is important to me to create a safe, supportive relationship where you can feel comfortable sharing your challenges and successes and through which we can openly and honestly explore your work with clients and how this is impacting you.
I offer a free initial consultation to enable us to explore your practice values, what I can offer in more detail and the way we can work together.
Face to face session are charged at a rate of £45 per 60 minute session or £60 per 90 minute session.
Online sessions are charged at a rate of £40 per 60 minute session and £55 per 90 minute session.
