I work Mondays to Fridays, mostly afternoons and evenings though I have some sessions in the morning too. 

I  take some breaks during the year which usually happen around school holidays.

About me and my therapy practice

IN PERSON COUNSELLING

I offer face to face session in a modern room in Fulham, London which take place on Thursdays.

ONLINE COUNSELLING

Sessions via Zoom - having worked online for many years I've found this methodology is as efficient as face to face meetings.

Practice description

My wish is to provide a safe space to enable people to talk about and make sense of their issues so that they are able to find new ways of dealing with their feelings and to help them manage their difficulties.

My approach is Psychodynamic which is an approach that stresses the importance of the Unconscious mind and past experiences in determining present behaviour. This approach is derived from Psychoanalysis but usually provides a quicker solution to emotional problems. Change happens when Unconscious patterns of behaviour become conscious through therapy.

​My specialist interests include working with individuals who are suffering from various psychological difficulties such as anxiety, low self esteem, stress and panic attacks. I am experienced in working with individuals from multicultural and diverse backgrounds and the challenges they face.

My first session

Normally I set up an initial conversation which can be over Zoom  where we assess the situation and discuss whether I can be of help. This session is free of charge. 

Thereafter any new consultation is 50 minutes long and chargeable at the normal rate.
