About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced accredited therapist with many years experience working with individuals and young people. My approach to therapy is based on psychodynamic principles. This means I look at how you are feeling and relating to others now, but also take into consideration your unconscious processes and your past relationships and experiences and how they may be influencing your present feelings and behaviour.
Throughout the years I have gained invaluable experience working with a diverse range of clients of all ages from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I have experienced a rich tapestry of learning working at a University therapeutically with students on undergraduate, postgraduuate, and PhD courses.
Through my experience of working as a therapist in my private practice I believe that talking and being listened to can make a difference. I offere short and long term therapy but am aware that as individuals we are all unique so I will tailor make the sessions to suit your needs.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Supervisor and hold an integrative Diploma in Supervision from CPPD.
I offer individual and group supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. I offer my supervisees a regular and creative ongoing space to reflect in depth about all aspects of their practice in order to work as effectively and ethically as possible.
I offer an eclectic approach to supervision drawing from Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person Centred perspectives.
I see supervision as containing a variety of elements from teaching, mentorship, facilitation, support, effective relationships and constructive feedback. In implementing all these factors my aim has been to expand my supervisees knowledge and level of skill.
I aim to mirror for my supervisee how the supervisory relation ship is at the heart of effective supervision.
