My Relational Integrative approach to therapy emphasises your unique needs and experiences, ensuring that our sessions are tailored to what works best for you.
I am passionate about supporting clients to achieve their goals within a safe, non-judgemental environment. I work with diverse clients using evidence-based practices, including Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioural, Psychodynamic, and Interpersonal Neurobiological interventions.

With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, education, community, and private sectors, I offer a range of therapeutic services for various presenting needs. I currently run my private practice, provide clinical supervision, and work as a Lecturer and Deputy Course Lead on MSc Psychology and Counselling at Birmingham City University.

I have worked in academia as a Lecturer for over five years alongside my private practice and am currently the Deputy Course Lead for MSc Psychology and Counselling.
