About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychotherapist registered with the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ, dedicated to assisting individuals facing a range of challenges. My approach involves providing a warm, supportive, and secure environment where we can delve into the complexities of your life. Together, we will examine the issues at hand and explore alternative strategies for addressing them.
I understand that opening up to someone new can be daunting, so I strive to foster a trusting atmosphere during our sessions. As our therapeutic relationship develops, I hope you will find it increasingly comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings.
With over a decade of experience, I have worked with individuals dealing with various concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, family dynamics, self-esteem, sexuality, shame, relationship difficulties, trauma, and workplace stress.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy tailored to your specific needs and circumstances.
My approach is not to dictate what is right or wrong or to prescribe actions, as no one is truly qualified to do so. Instead, I provide a space for you to articulate your challenges, gain insight into your experiences, and collaboratively discover a path forward.
Engaging in therapy with me will give you the opportunity to express your feelings in a safe and non-judgmental setting.
I provide both in-person and virtual sessions through platforms like Skype and FaceTime.
My first session
The first session will serve as the initial consultation, lasting up to 75 minutes, with a fee of £120.00. During this time, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your current circumstances, and your goals for the process. Additionally, we will review your background, including aspects of your childhood, family dynamics, friendships, and other significant relationships.
This initial consultation will provide insight into my therapeutic style and assist you in assessing whether my methods align with your needs. It also allows us both to evaluate our compatibility for working together, though it does not ensure the commencement of therapy.

I am a professionally qualified, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ registered psychotherapist, working with individuals who may struggle with a variety of issues. I offer a warm, supportive and safe environment where we can explore what is going on in your life. Working together we can look at the issues and find alternative ways of dealing with them.
I am sensitive to how difficult it might be to share things with a stranger, so I work to create an atmosphere of trust within the room. As the therapeutic work develops, hopefully it would become easier for you to share and further strengthen our relationship.
I have a number of years experience working with persons suffering from but not limited to, Anxiety, Depression, Family, Self-Esteem, Sexuality, Shame, Relationship Issues, Trauma and Workplace Stress.
I offer both short and long term therapy depending on your needs and circumstances.
My way of helping is not to tell you what is right or wrong or to direct you on what to do, no one is really qualified to do so. Instead, I offer a space for you to lay out your issues, work towards understanding what is going on and together we find a new way forward.

We will explore what brings you to therapy; your current situation and what you hope to achieve in it. We will also talk about your history, including your childhood, family, friends and other relationships.
The initial consultation will give you a feel for how I work and help you determine whether my approach is suitable for your needs. It also gives us both the opportunity to determine if we are a good fit to work together, it is not a guarantee to start therapy.
